Cris here. It was a sweet, sweet day when my family figured out that we could eat at Buffalo Wild Wings while eating low carb! So it wasn’t before long we got to brainstorming how to make those delicious wings at home! We are huge fans of the Salt and Vinegar, Lemon Pepper and Buffalo Mild flavors, so we were thrilled to learn that you can purchase the same seasonings they use in the restaurant! So I grabbed a few bottles and got to cRockin’.

This recipe gives you the super tender wings you think of when you think of slow cooker wings and the flavors you love from BW3.

To crisp up the skin a bit, we love using our broiler– it makes a huge difference. We LOVE using our bacon pan for broiling, but you could also use a foil lined pan. Either way the result is super tender wings with crisp skin that you can then toss in your favorite flavors. (Note: If you want the same texture as Buffalo Wild Wings, we highly recommend an air fryer (see review video below).

One of the tricks to a good BW3 wing is to always add the seasonings after cooking. Just cook them up and THEN toss in your wet or dry seasoning.

If you don’t happen to have a local restaurant that sells the seasonings, you can always grab your favorite grocery store sauce or seasonings.

Can you give a hint on how long it takes, per side, in the broiler?

It really depends on the broiler. It could take about 30 seconds, or it could take a few minutes. When using a broiler, I use what I call my “squat and watch” method. I turn the oven light on, squat down so I can see in and watch whatever I have in the broiler the entire time. A recipe can go from perfection to burnt in very quickly in the broiler, so I do not ever walk away from it. Hope this helps!

    Hi,
What kind of “seasonings of choice” do you recommend? I saw in one of the pictures you have a container of “Lemon Pepper Pucker Up citrus seasoning”. Is pucker up the name brand? What would be similar to it at my local (NJ) grocery store?
    Thanks!!

Hi Beverly! If you have a local Buffalo Wild Wings, they will sell you their seasonings. They are the same ones they use in the restaurant- yum!

Looking forward to seeing your airfry directions, my oven doesn’t broil. However I’ve noticed all moisture gets sucked out on my airfryer.
